1. General Provisions & Acceptance

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be put on hold and the account may ultimately be closed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at bs322 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• No processing fee is generally charged for deposits, though your payment provider may have its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Complex verification cases may take longer.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bs322 welcome bonus is up to 150% on your first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.

• Cancelled, void, or drawn bets will not count toward wagering.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The bs322 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6% weekly), Gold (up to 0.9% weekly), and Platinum (up to 1.2% weekly). You can gradually move up to higher tiers based on your regular activity.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

bs322 offers various gaming options including sports betting, casino games, and live casino. The following general rules apply to each game or bet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, although a "Cash Out" option may be available where applicable.
• bs322 reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout made due to a technical error.
• If an error or programming fault is detected in any game, the related bets and winnings may be voided.
• For sports betting, the official announcement by the relevant tournament authority is final for determining results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game provider's records shall be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bs322 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the gaming system.

• Collusion or coordinated fraudulent betting with other users.
• Threatening, blackmailing, or launching cyber attacks against the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or any other person.

If suspicious activity is detected, bs322 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is complete.
